Disciplinary SecretaryI’ve been playing with Redhill for quite a few seasons now and the club were so friendly when I joined, and have remained so. Whilst we work hard, we play just as hard and have lots of fun on Saturdays and during socials.

Kit SecretaryI joined Redhill Hockey Club as a junior aged 13. Starting off in the third team everyone was really supportive and encouraging helping me to progress up through the teams. By the age of 16 I was playing in the first team, the youngest player of the first team. I love playing for this team, we are really relaxed and always have a laugh - I was worried about feeling pressure of letting the team down but nobody cares and we support each other to be the best we can be. The social events we do as a club help us to gel and be friends on and off the pitch.

First Aid OfficerI joined the club at the start of last season after moving from another club. I was nervous after only ever playing at my old club for 9 years. At the start I was very nervous and scared about making mistakes and would shy away from the ball and not really get involved. The girls made me feel welcome and were very supportive now I don't care I turn up and have a great time. The atmosphere in all the teams are great we all aim to get the job done, motivate each other to do our best and pick each other up when we are down. And if you do make a mistake it's not really a big deal we shrugg it off and laugh at it together. We want to get better together but have a laugh along the way.
