| Match Report | I’m sure that a 9am game at Worksop should be illegal...a very early start and with a number of people unable to play it was always going to be a tough game. With drafting in emergency helpers in EJ (who hadn’t played in 4 years!) and Sarah who we had to get out of bed to come and play we ended up with 9 players for half time. There were some great pieces of play and a great deflected goal from Amy. Fitness and lack of players did take their toll and in the second half they did manage to get some lucky goals despite everyone giving it their all. We gave a valiant effort for the 70 minutes and had some good pieces of play. Bring on the rematch...with a full squad! Woman of the match - Pinky |
